A cold-blooded war has been raging in the middle of Europe for years: Ucraine became a plaything of international power politics. A group of young ucrainian volunteers tries to defend the freedom of their homeland with paramilitary structures. A photo documentary.

Edit 2022: This is one of my older projects that I designed in my spare time years ago. sadly, it’s more relevant today than ever. I long for the day when I can take the project offline with a clear conscience and rate it as completed. No more war!
